You, referred as a user, or customer in these Terms, are bound to accept current Terms and all changes to it made at our sole discretion. We welcome suggestions about the services we provide, a website and its navigation, support team, etc. You can leave our website, or stop using the services at any time.
These are the general Terms about accessing our website and service.
1.1. By brawsing our website at https://pubtok.com and accessing the services PubTok offers you are the subject to all modifications and changes to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Promise.
1.2 PubTok services offered on this website are available for all users aged 13 and older. If you are younger than 13 years old, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission before ordering any of our services, using a card or PayPal which does not belong to the user. Refunds are available for parents and legal guardians within the first 10 days after the purchase is made by a child.
1.3 We are not in any way affiliated or partnered with TikTok, and copyright belongs to their respective owners. All images and texts are intentionally changed to obey copyright laws.
1.2. PubTok reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time without personally notifying customers and website users. It is your responsibility as a user and customer to keep track of the changes we make and respond accordingly.
1.3. Changes made to these Terms of Service may involve website’s design and navigation, range of services, order processing and/or delivery, pricing, email correspondence, etc. It is important to understand that all changes are made to improve the quality of our service and guarantee best customer experience, and are subject to all applicable laws.
1.4. You may not alter, copy, or use any content published under the name of PubTok at https://pubtok.com without written permission from one of PubTok representatives. Any false, hateful, and accusing statements, brand misrepresentation, or illegal reproduction of content without written permission and our consent is subject to copyright infringement, and will be addressed in court and prosecuted under applicable laws.
1.5. The user can always find the latest version of these Terms agreement at the bottom of our website at https://pubtok.com.
2. PUBTOK SERVICES
2.1. PubTok services are offered for all personal and business accounts to help creators promote their accounts and posts.
2.2. Customers, affiliates, and partners abusing these Terms agreement and/or our website, platform, system, brand name, or copyrights for any illegal use are subject to prosecution under all applicable laws.
2.3. System abuse, or any illegal or harmful actions such as uploading explicit or harmful content to TikTok, harassing PubTok support agents or trolling other social media users while placing orders with us will result in ban of such a user and denied access to our system. Previous orders in such cases will be cancelled and the no payment refunded.
2.4. Under no circumstances shall our website users/customers knowingly exploit the system to gain advantage, exploit its speed or bug in a manner other than purchasing services for their own TikTok accounts, or for other accounts with the permission of a respected owner.
2.5. Users/customers abiding these Terms should not question our integrity nor their orders completion. If for any valid reasons we are not able to complete the order, the sum charged for the service will be re-credited to the user’s personal wallet (inside your PubTok account). Such money can be reused on your next order, and users, typically, receive bonus likes, followers, or views. Read the Refunds section of this agreement for more details.
2.6. During TikTok technical updates, public holidays and events, natural disasters, mass protests, and in other unfortunate circumstances order processing and delivery may slow down significantly. If more than 72 hours passed but the order is still Pending or In Progress with no visible growth in the number of followers, likes, or views, reach out to [email protected] or via the Live Chat icon on your right.
2.7. In such unfortunate cases, we ask PubTok users to check if the order details have been provided correctly, and to give us some extra time to complete their orders. Their patience and loyalty in difficult times is appreciated and will not be forgotten.
2.8 If you have mistakenly placed an order for the wrong account or took down your video while your order was in progress, reach out to support as soon as possible. However, because order completion is made impossible for the reasons from your end, partial refunds, wallet re-credits, or link replacements are at our sole discretion. If your order has not been processed yet, and less than 6-12 hours have passed, you can ask to complete the order for the right account or another TikTok post. If you took down your video, or realized that you have provided the wrong username or checked off incorrect posts after the order was completed, no refunds can be issued, or link replacements accepted. Important: Make sure it is the exact video you want views and likes on, and it is the right TikTok account before confirming your order and making a payment.
2.9. PubTok is not liable for any damage or loss supposedly incurred after ordering any of our services or accessing our website. All services must be accepted as is, and are used at one’s own risk.
2.10. To keep customer data confidential a personal account is automatically created for each customer on his/her first order at PubTok. We suggest you change its password once it is created. From your dashboard, order history and payment details can be accessed. Private data is SSL encrypted to keep our Privacy Promise. Still, we ask customers to delete cookies and never save passwords when accessing PubTok from a public computer.
2.12. The delivery time for all the services listed on our website is only approximate and cannot be interpreted as the exact delivery time. We ask users to understand that delivery, while automated and faster than manual, is impacted by the number of orders in queue, technical updates and issues, and may occasionally take longer than standard time.
2.13. Buying TikTok followers does not guarantee higher engagement because those users are incentivized to complete certain actions one time only(follow, like, view), and cannot be forced to keep following, liking, or viewing your content. When placing subsequent orders with PubTok you agree that no effects other than the increase in the number of followers, likes, and views are guaranteed.
2.14. Changing your username, removing a video for which you placed the order will stop the delivery process and prevent order completion. Making your account private will also delay and/or prevent the delivery of your order. Please, make sure the links are correct and working, your username, and email address are valid, and your TikTok account is public before ordering services.
2.15. Because PubTok is selling non-tangible irrevocable goods, you agree that the order, once placed and accepted, cannot be revoked or cancelled if the Order ID is assigned.
2.16. For services where refill is available, it is only applicable if no more than 180 days past after the purchase was made, and for one order at a time. A customer has to provide a screenshot supporting his/her claims when discussing refills with support representatives. For each refill request a ticket will be created, and a specific support agent assigned to follow through.
2.17. Approved refills are fulfilled as they arrive. The standard time for refill depends on the amount of likes, views, or followers that has to be refilled. Most refill requests are fulfilled within 48-72 hours after they have been approved.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
3.1. Orders can be cancelled and refunded up to the full amount only if not processed and when (i) the product has gone out of stock before the order is fulfilled (more in 3.5.); (ii) the delivery has not started within 72 hours after the order is placed; (iii) order cannot be fulfilled for technical reasons, complexity, invalid details,etc.; (iv) announced delays for longer than 72 hours from our end because of technical issues, algorithm updates, etc.; (v) human emergencies and misfortunes as death, or accidents, and shortage of funds in such circumstances (read 3.6.); (vi) a card/PayPal owner reports unauthorized access (more in 3.3.)
3.2. Refunds are issued for cancelled orders can be partial and full. Partial refunds are issued upon customer request when (i) the order has started but cannot be completed from our end; (ii) unauthorised access is detected for an order, which status is “In Progress”; (iii) the order “In Progress” is taking longer than 96 hours to complete and customer wants to re-use the payment for a new order. In such cases a partial refund is re-credited to the customer’s wallet at PubTok within 3-24 hours after approval; (iv) customer wants to cancel the order for serious issues with the account and/or posts (account hacked, deleted, video removed, etc.). Note, partial refunds deduct the sum for a part of the products that have been delivered.
3.3. A PayPal/card owner can report unauthorized access and ask for refund if (i) a card is stolen or lost; (ii) children under 13 years of age have accessed PayPal or card without parental notice; (iii) identity theft is detected by the PayPal/card owner; Note, such cases have to be substantiated with screenshots, or other possible records. The owner must contact [email protected] as soon as he/she notices illegal activity.
3.4. A change of mind cannot be considered as a valid reason for cancellation of your order.
3.4. PubTok wants each customer to make most of their purchase. As such, if you experience any issues or regrets about your order(s) after placing them, talk to us via Live Chat, or email at [email protected] Individual cases are handled on a case-by-case basis and we promise to look thoroughly into it if the reason is properly explained.
3.5. In some instances, if products are gone out of stock before the order is fulfilled and is taking more than 96 hours to complete, you can cancel the order and request a refund by notifying the agent via Live Chat, or emailing us at [email protected]. If the delivery has already started, you will get a partial refund, otherwise the payment in full will be recredited to you upon refund approval.
3.6. In unfortunate turn of events, such as accidents, illnesses, death of a family member, natural disasters, etc. customers could request a full refund from all orders with the “Pending” status, and partial refund for orders “In Progress”.
3.7. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, abuse the system, or trick, mistreat, and troll our support representatives, we have the right, if necessary, to terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address.
3.8. In times of order delays from our side an agreement between PubTok and you can be reached if you agree to wait some more time for certain reward or in compassion to our deficiencies.
3.9. You agree that upon purchasing you clearly understand what services you are purchasing and for which post, and will not file a fraudulent dispute or request a refund on an illegal basis.
3.10. Issued refunds are re-credited to the user’s account wallet, PayPal, or cards within 12 – 72 hours after approval is granted.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
By using PubTok service you agree not to:
4.1. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
4.2. Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misrepresenting any third party intellectual property right;
4.3.Interfere with security-related features of the PubTok Service, including by: (i) disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content; (ii) reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Service except to the extent that the activity is expressly permitted by applicable law; or (iii) hacking, password “mining” or using any other illegitimate means of interference;
4.4. Modify or duplicate any part of the Service;
4.5. Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment of the Service, including by: (i) uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code; (ii) making any unsolicited offer or advertisement to another user of the Service; (iii) collecting personal information about another user or third party without consent; or (iv) interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Service;
4.6. Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, abusing the system in any way, including but not limited to using PayPal, or card that does not belong to you and without the owner’s concent, or falsifying your age or date of birth;
4.7. Take action that intentionally abuses our website, on-site search system, order and payment infrastructure of any of PubTok systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to PubTok;
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBTOK SERVICES, ITS WEBSITE CURRENTLY OPERATED AT HTTPS://PUBTOK.COM, ANY OF ITS COPYRIGHT OWNERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR STAFF MEMBERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE, LOSS, OR MENTAL PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU EXPERIENCE. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, PLACING YOUR ORDER(S), AND CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PUBTOK, VISITING OUR WEBSITE, AND CONTACTING SUPPORT AGENTS YOU AGREE NOT TO HELD ANY OF PUBTOK OFFICES, COPYRIGHT OWNERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND STAFF MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ISSUES ARISING FROM ANY ILLICIT, FRAUDULENT, OR MISFORTUNATE USE OF PUBTOK SERVICES. THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND THE DELIVERY SYSTEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. CONTINUOUS USE OF OUR SERVICES IMPLY YOUR NOTICE AND CONSENT TO THIS TERMS AGREEMENT.
